Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within a maximum of 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Pre-orders
Some colors may be offered as pre-order when temporarily unavailable. In this case, shipping takes place within 15 days of payment confirmation, this timeframe replacing the standard processing time indicated above for the items concerned.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, delivery is generally completed within 3 to 6 business days depending on the chosen carrier.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs apply, except for orders over €50, which qualify for free shipping.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided directly through the online store so you can follow the progress of your package.
Delays and Exceptional Circumstances
Delivery times may be extended during busy periods (holidays, sales, promotions) or due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (strikes, extreme weather conditions, force majeure, etc.).
